Live Help was installed and opened to the public to help with support and general questions. We are hoping that with the ability to help answer any questions that our current and future customers may have about our software and services. The Support Forums and emails have helped answer questions for many of our customers, the only problem is that response took too long in our opinion. There are many potential customers that may have questions about one of our software products, but don?t really feel like joining the forum or sending an email.
